Worked in various successful silversmith firms in both Savannah, Georgia and New York from 1820 until late 1830's. Examples of his work are on permanent display at several major American museums, including Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York (gallery 705) and High Museum of Art in Atlanta, GA (Stent family wing, level 3, gallery 306). Feels very heavy for the size! Old soldered repair at the lower side of handle and teapot body - please see last 2 pictures. Silver patch from outside - soft solder from inside.
